A graduate of the Cracow University of Economics in 1985 with a major in accounting and automatic data processing. 1985 - 1986 accountant at KPRI in Krakow; 1988 - 1993 chief accountant in the Secom Consulting LLC. A specialist in the field of accounting, tax issues and customs. Oversees the bookkeeping of many large commercial companies. Entered on the list of Tax Advisors under the number 00766.

Anna Leśniak

A graduate of the University of Economics in Krakow, received a master's degree in economics on the 7th of July 1992. On the 15th of December 1997 received a certificate of completion of postgraduate studies in Accounting and Finance at the University of Economics in Krakow.

A longtime employee of the ACTIF Consulting company. Employed on 01.10.1993 in the position of senior accounting specialist. Under the decision of the Minister of Finance of 11.04.1997 was conditionaly listed among tax advisors under the number 00763. Her status changed into permament on 13th of July 2003.

Since 26.01.1998 she has had a Qualification Certificate No. 7777/98 for persons entitled to perform accounting services.

Provides full tax and accounting services and tax consulting to a number of commercial companies, in particular with French capital.

Beata Biela

Graduated from the Liceum Zawodowe w Zespole Szkół Ekonomicznych im. I.Daszyńskiego in Krakow in 1990 as an administrative office worker. 15.10.1990 - 28.02.1993 HR specialist in Staffing Secom Consulting LLC; since 03.01.1993 r. tax advisor at Actif Consulting LLC. She completed courses organized by The Accountants Association in Poland, "General accounting principles" aimed at acquiring qualification; "The modular course in accounting of commercial entities" aimed at preparing for the profession of accounting specialist. A specialist in the field of accounting and tax issues. She supervises and keeps the books for many businesses. On 07.28.1997 was listed among the Tax Advisors and received a record number 00765.

ACCOUNTANTS

Ewa Serafin

A graduate of the Cracow University of Economics in 2001 majoring in accounting. 1996-1998 accounting assistant at the EL VOY partnership; 1998-1999 Head of IT Projects Department in ComputerLand Inc; since 1999 employed at Actif Consulting LLC. As a sole accountant she keeps the books for many companies, prepares tax returns and financial statements. On 10.10.2003 she received the Accountant Certificate No 3737/2003 entitling her to provide bookkeeping services, at the same time she is taking the auditor exams.

Edyta Chojnacka

A graduate of the Teacher Training Institute in Krakow. She completed courses organized by The Accountants Association in Poland: "General accounting principles" aimed acquring accountant qualifications; "The modular course in accounting of commercial entities" aimed at preparing for the profession of accountanting specialist. Since 1996 she has been employed at Actif Consulting LLC. She works as an accounting specialist.

Mariusz Skwara

Graduated fromTechnical School in Krakow. He completed three years of study at the Krakow University of Technology in the department of environmental protection. He took the courses "Financial Accounting and Tax" aimed at preparing for working in accounting and mastering computer skills; "For mid-level finance and accounting", organized by The Accountants Association in Poland seeking to acquire accounting specialist qualification. Since 1999 he has been employed at Actif Consulting LLC. He works as an accounting specialist.

Jan Pelc

Graduated from th Cracow University of Economics in 2006 majoring in accounting, employed at Actif Consulting since 2007. Accounting specialist, he keeps the books for many companies, prepares tax returns and financial statements. Accountant Certificate No. 43977/2010.

Beata Dudek

She has a high school education. Since 1995 she has been employed at Actif Consulting LLC. She works as an independent accountant. She completed a course organized by the The Accountants Association in Poland "General accounting principles" to become a qualified accountant.

Ewa Kisielewska

In 1988 she graduated from the Mikołaj Kopernik High School of Economics No. 1 in Kraków majoring as th technician economist with specialization in finance and accounting. Since 01.02.2008 employed at Actif Consulting LLC as an accounting specialist. She complited courses organized by The Accountants Association in Poland: "General accounting principles“ to become a qualified accountant; "The modular course in accounting of commercial entities" aimed at preparing for the profession of accounting specialist, and the course "Payroll".
